Anyway my missus loves all those property shows. To buy or not to buy, property ladder, a place in the sun, grand designs, changing rooms, the house doctor. Plus all the American versions on UK Bilge+1

Ahh I stand corrected. It is the theme to Bargain Hunt however it is not the opening credits (which is all I looked at), but rather it is the closing credits. iPlayer confirms this.
