Gouda really is nice cheese - well, can be.

Whats the expiry date on it? Bet its within a week or so.

Sorry for the double post, but I just noticed this. I've always had issues with people making THIS an issue. Ok, maybe they have been touched by loads of men's fingers which weren't washed after weeing. I know one bar where the blokes insist that when you eat the peanuts from the little bowls you tip them into your hand so you don't encounter that "problem". Then all these blokes go home and stick their penises (penipee?) into their wife or girlfriend's mouth without ever once thinking that a bit of lingering urine staining might harm them...........

I thought you had a thing against cheese?

In hindsight I should say just to make absolutely clear I said truck and not lorry.

Yudster- digestives with cheese are divine...shame I'm allergic to digestives
I used to eat jam and cucumber sandwiches
I've also had Yorkshire puds with cheese on-they weren't that bad
"Nachos, Ned Flanders Style" is something I love, although a lot of people I know call it "low fat crap"

Most things with cheese is pretty much inherently improved.

My English is awful in that post - I swapped 'anything' with 'most things' at the last minute.

Are you confusing proper cheese with dick cheese? That's gross.

My most recent culinary crime was a vegan bacon sarnie, and it was dry and salty. I choked on part of it.

Cheese, Peanut Butter & Ketchup sandwiches - and on the odd occasion I add marmite into the mix.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? - What about bacon sarnies. Tommy K on chips yes but brown sauce on bacon always.....or sausages, although sausages taste equally as good dipped in egg yolk.

I agree, brown sauce is not tasty.

Brown = Sausage, Cottage pie, liver and onions
Red=Bacon, chips, cheese, especially on toast.

It's not hard to remember is it?

I have never had a problem with Dick Cheese, little boboff had his hoodie removed 25 years ago now.(Do you have Silver Anniversaries for Missing Body parts?)

Only on proper bacon that isn't pumped full of water so it oozes that horrible white goo when you cook it, but actually goes crispy and yummy. If you've got good bacon, maple syrup is wonderful. Best on smoked bacon.

Maple syrup? On bacon? You're wrong. You're also wrong because you like your bacon crispy.

Mayonnaise is clearly better on bacon rolls.
