Just a quick message following my 11 ( ) appearances on car park catchphrase, that came to an end today, following my victory over Ryan! It is a very surrreal experience, taking part in a show that I have listened to for years. However, my message for you be, if you get the chance to appear on the show, take it!

It also showed to me the power that the radio has, as the local and to a lesser extent the national media, picked up on the competition, which added an extra dimension to the whole experience. I had plenty of 'strangers' coming up to me saying that they enjoyed listening to the feature, and the show as a whole, which is a great feeling. You cannot buy the feeling of a complete stranger saying 'thanks for making me laugh in the past couple of weeks.'

I hope that you enjoyed listening to me, as much I enjoyed taking part! Thanks for the kind comments that I have already read. It's a crying shame, that the radio adventure is over, however, I will take only positive experiences from it!

Well I'll be honest the ones I had heard were great, you (along with Ryan) have certainly been entertaining on Carpark Catchphrase. Shame that it won't be back in 2009 though.

Such a shame it has to go though, you could hear Chris was getting upset a little as he was shouting a lot etc. Hope they bring it back. Maybe just giving Roy a break from all the recording they are doing as there has been a lot of new stuff lately.

Hey really well done Rob. you did a great job on there.I can only imagine what its like knowing your going to be heard by millions of people at 945 each morning. If they dident have a ban on non UK residents being contestants I definetly would have been applying For me the funniest episode was the commentary of the helicopter landing last week, the suspense was killing me!

Like others have said it really is a pity its not coming back in January, Roy is a ledgend after all! features like CPC is what makes The Chris Moyles Show unique .And judging by Aleds tears when it ended today we could be waiting a long time for its return.

Dunno about that, when they brought it back recently they didn't have the previous winner back, they had two new contenstants. Although the previous winner was Sophie.....
