Give an obscure fact about anything that not many people may not know.

Ok, I bet everyone has seen this logo -

but how many of you have noticed the secret 'easter egg'? There is an arrow between the capital E and the X.

Genius.

Haha - I never noticed.

I am struggling to think of interesting facts... did you know that most of the team who had a say in casting Only Fools and Horses didn't want David Jason for the lead role? It was on producer Ray Butt's head that he got it. Jim Broadbent (who eventually played occasionally recurring character Detective Chief Inspector Slater) was the favourite for writer John Sullivan.

I have been told (though I'm unsure how true it is) that The Stig is actually two people - I believe it's one for the track racing and coaching for the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car and another one for the challenges.

The Stig likes Mr Sulu, and thinks Strictly Come Dancing is crap. At least that's what his morse code said.

I don't know, what happens when you live on a busy road next to a set of traffic lights and get very bored?

While we're on logos, it took me forever to realise that there are actually two '1's in this logo:

Image
I used to think it was just the bit in red that formed the '1', but the white bit in the middle does as well. But everybody probably knew that anyway.

I thought most probably would.... it took me a long time to see that. Come to think of it, the red is probably not supposed to be a '1' at all, but I always thought it was.

This does not surprise me. You never even notice things in the background of photos you take and send to me.

Um Topher, where exactly IS the 'one' in the red?

Has Topher been taking pictures of shiny kettles whilst being in the nude again?

I'm with you on this Topher, I had never noticed the 1 in white, and just thought the 1 was in Red... Everyday is a school day!

Looking at these giant logos is hurting my eyes. I'm a bit tired today.

I learned recently (from a great book - An Utterly Impartial History of Britain by John O'Farrell) that Bluetooth is named after a Swedish king cos it unites technology in the same way that he united Scandinavia. I was dead impressed with this fact but then it turned out that both my flatmate and my friend already knew, so it seems I was the only one who didn't know...

Amazon....not only does the arrow show a smile...... it also conveys the fact that they can do everything from a to z.

I hadn't noticed that - very clever

Guess what Toyota did before they made cars.............

....... they made looms..... for making textiles.

Hence... the red T above shows a needle being threaded.

Very clever.
