I found that comment very funny, I'm surprised the rest of the team didn't pick up on that.

I've heard Bulgaria's really nice. Especially the beaches on the Black Sea. We, on the other hand, have Greenock.

Bulgaria wins.

Carrie said Dom the sea lion might be sent here and it would be 'exciting'. I find myself wondering if Carrie's been here. "Exciting" wouldn't be the first word that comes to mind. That said, I'm not a sea lion. Maybe it is? Maybe this is a rocking sea lion locale? It seemed to have been a real treat when mentioned in Madagascar.

Isn't San Diego Zoo supposed to be the Harvard of zoos though? Maybe thats what she meant.

Well yes, Yuds, that's what she meant. The Harvard of zoos! I've never heard it described that way. Lovely! And, no, dim, I've no interest in canoodling with sea lions, even ones named after the team. They're not very nice up close.

I am being dragged kicking and screaming to Yorkshire at Easter. Not that I dislike the county, its lovely - but the purpose is a visit to the in-laws..........

Well, as Yorkshire goes there are many bits of it I'd rather be visiting than Sheffield. But hey ho.

Ok - instead of "hey ho" lets go "ho hum". Oh, that doesn't work either.

Sheffield is terrible.

I've been to Ponds Forge a few times, but you don't actually have to go into Sheffield for that, it's straight off the M1.

The city centre is an absolute nightmare with the most arbitrary and incomprehensible road layout I have ever seen, further complicated by the fact that it is currently the county's biggest building site (well it feels like it anyway), and then even furhter * up but the fact that they have trams sharing the roads in places. Those things are dangerous. And scary.

I can back up said comments.... I work in Sheffield, and it does have a silly road system and looks like one big building site.....

I personally don't find the trams a problem, more the tram lines - and driving on them in the wet..... Torque steer city!!!
