Why does Chris keep dropping in the fact that Rachel is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with him?

I don't know if I just missed it at some point but I don't remember her saying she was going. This week it has been slipped in a couple of times already.

I did hear some time ago that she also took her parents to Strictly Come Dancing. How convenient that she managed to get the tickets when us 'normal' license fee payers have not got a cat in hells chance of getting tickets.

The tickets aren't difficult to get, you do have to apply in advance for something as popular as Strictly but I imagine that everyone in the audience who got a ticket did just that. If she had been in the celebrity/friends and family/famous colleagues seats in the audience I could see your point, but how three ordinary ticket holders (at least one other family member would have gone, but they could only get three tickets) should be regarded as spongers seems a little obscure to me.
