Well its presented here as an interviewer who can't control himself, not an actor playing a part. That makes it fake in the context of the forum, if not the programme it was made for.

Nope. It's that one where they're speaking Dutch/Flemish and the TV presenter can't stop laughing. Apparently they're talking about some dude with cancer.
