Ah but it sets you up nicely for the day.....I'm allways ravenous in the morning. I can get away with not eating if I'm running late but I get grouchy and irritable.

Did you eat a dictionary for breakfast??

I hope not, because if she did, the dictionary mixed up the word "propogated" with "propounded".

I think the reason that it is a general recommendation to eat breakfast in the morning is because if you don't, you will tend to feel hungry before lunchtime - that tends to encourage snacking which is the start of a slippery slope into bad eating. But its just a general recommendation, not an unbreakable rule.

Hmm.

propagated - 4. to spread (a report, doctrine, practice, etc.) from person to person; disseminate.

propounded - To put forward for consideration; set forth.

I think either would work...but no, I didn't eat a dictionary. Pineapple today.

Well I don't eat breakfast and I don't snack before lunch. Usually because I'm either at work and don't get a chance to eat until lunch (I never really feel hungry until about 12 anyway) or I don't get out of bed until lunch time. At which point breakfast = lunch.

I usually don't eat breakfast and just stay hungry until lunchtime, unless I decide to get a bacon and sausage roll from the canteen.
