Is it just me or is anyone else feeling a bit of an anti climax at Vernon being Chris's stand in while hes up mount Kiliminjaro? I was expecting a whole bunch of major celebs like Davina McCaoll and Alan Carr!

ps I know Vernon is a big star in hiw own right but lets face it he is a radio one dj allready and has filled in for Edith loads of times

I rather like Vernon Kay although would have liked it to have been Chappers, especially seeing as their weekend show is coming to an end soon. However Veron's show is quite good (when I've heard it) and it'll be interesting to hear what he's like with the rest of the team.

Should be quite interesting. Dave's been on fire for the past week or so...so he should hopefully be better with Vernon compared to Chappers...if not could be a boring week with moyysey up the mountain

Chappers is good in the context of Chappers and Dave, but I can't see Chappers and Dave and Dom and Carrie and Aled working quite as well. I like the choice of Vernon.

I was hoping it was gonna be VK, I was gutted when they said it was gonna be Andi Peters, but when they said ti was just a joke my mood perked right back up again

It should be a good match replacing CM with VK, looking forward to hearing the shows now
