Part of me thinks The Sun is worse actually - at least even the Daily Star doesn't seem to take itself seriously. It knows 64% of its readers can't actually read and just like looking at the nice picatures.

I'd be interested to know how joking about the two guys in the igloo would be a problem even if they did turn out to be the same people that died. I mean, at the time of the joke was there ANY indication anyone had died on the mountain? No, there was nothing. No way of knowing it would be a problem, they're fair game.

If, on the other hand you say something like "I'm not surprised they died, they're not * eskimos" I could understand the outrage.

But knowing this country's habit of focusing on the small unimportant things, they'd probably only complain about the swearing.

(I'd just like to point out I made that quote as an illustration, not as something I actually believe... in case any Daily Star or Daily Mail readers or on tonight and want me banned from watching telly or something stupid like that)
