does it seem that we are not going too have the birthday show tomorrow. Chris mentioning today that the golden hour is at 9. I thought the brits special golden hour on wednesday was going too take place so fridays didn't happen. I seem too recall that happening last year. Anyone have any views or info in it. Cheers

Well if not I have a vintage Birthday show from 2000, which I plan to copy over to the PC & edit tonight or Saturday, at least that way you get to hear a birthday show, even if it was 9 years ago

Good News Everyone

I have copied over Chris Moyles' Birthday Show from Tuesday 22nd February 2000, I shall get this edited over the next few days & hopefully in time for Moyles' Birthday this year

Unfortunately it was recorded on cassette & so the usual "tape break" appears. This tape actually is slightly longer than 90 mins but unfortunately cuts out at a rather frustrating point, Jon Culshaw finally gets on air & they're about to reveal the present he got for Chris, when the tape runs out

Oh well, keep an eye out on my thread for this, up by Sunday

Chris' birthday show today was great. Loved the "Greatest DeeJay" vid-yo. Great seeing Harry Hill doing "FIIIIIIIGHT!". But what was up with Jools Holland's head? Seriously he's about 1.40 in and his head looks weird.

I really, really do apologies I have let you guys & girls down again tonight.

However, unfortunately due to a personal problem I won't be able to edit this for the next few days. I'm not in the right state of mind at present to edit this show (or any other) at present so unfortunately this has been delayed for the next few days

Yeah I know, it's just of recent I keep saying that I'll do them & then half the time can't be arse to edit them.

I'm fine at present but a bit off, my Dad was sent to hospital today to have several blood test (he has been ill since Saturday, thought he just had flu, but when to his doctor today who referred him to hospital for blood test, of which he's had about 12 so far & still don't know what's wrong with him, except that his white blood cell count is a bit low ).

At present I'm trying not to worry myself too much about it & I am thinking positive at present but just trying to do other things so as not to think the worst if you get what I mean

I went to visit him today actually & he seemed a lot better which cheered me up somewhat although they still don't know (properly) what is wrong with him They've kept him in an extra day & he's seen a hematologist so hopefully we'll know what's wrong soon & hope all is ok, I'm keeping positive for him.

Anyway a little update, TIAL has kindly offered to edit the show (along with a couple of others) for me so once he has done it I'll link the file here for you all.
