I don't know if its just me, but Moyles has totally hit a low now as he's just not funny or interesting anymore! Today I listened to him speak about the one show for nearly an hour & can only remember 1 tune being played, but then thinking once thats finished we'll all have to listen to him speaking utter rubbish for another 20 minutes before he plays another!
His jokes & humour are now starting to repeat from when he was in his prime 4 years ago. Its a shame but Moyles banter is getting worse by the day & sometimes only his team help listeners through a usually duyer show. I just wish we had a wider selection of radio stations in my area as I'd switch off for sure!

Yes he's rubbish now.....damn him for putting on extra listeners and raising money for comic relief. I can see how the show is the same as it was 4 years ago what with One Road Travel, Classical Class, Celebrity Tarzan and Ramble all still going strong. As for his jokes, he should just leave them to proper stand ups rather than peppering his links with "Take my wife....please". Spot on about the music too, because most Moyles fans do listen to the show for the great music on the radio 1 playlist. He only plays his silly jingles all the time because he gets paid a billion pounds each time he plays one...he now has so much money he could buy Kilimanjaro.

Everyone on this board is on first name speaking terms with Andy Parfit and Ben Cooper so we'll all be sure to pass along your sentiments, patricularly about the duyer shows.

You say it as if it's a bad thing, have you not heard the radio 1 playlist lately? You'll get to hear the same tracks in Jo's show, Edith's show, and Scott's show. I thank god for Chris in the morning's, if i had to wake up to all that drivvle i would probably end up killing myself. More chat and less music please.

I've only just started listening to todays show, but mondays 'one show' stuff was brilliant. I know its the chris moyles show but when the team gets a bit more involved it is a better show.

I think Chris (and the rest of the team) have been great recently.

Personally I love it when they all talk loads and dont play much music!! If I wanted to hear songs I would listen to a CD, tune into another radio station and listen to some online Internet radio (or something like Last.fm)

Exactly, most of the Ross/Brand complainers for example wouldn't have listen to their shows anyway. There just a bunch of sad f***ers IMO!

There was a goodcomic strip in the previous months Viz (which I meant to scan & put on here the other week but I think I've thrown it out now), which summed those type of people perfectly. I'll have a butchers tonight to see if I've still got it.

Did one of the team come to your house and duct tape you to a chair witht he radio on? If you don't like it don't listen. It's not like it's a recent thing that the Moyles show is mainly talking and only a few tracks - what exactly were you expecting?

I'd say exactly the opposite - over the years he has melowed and matured and the humour is cleverer.

Again you don't have to listen to the radio, if the selection isn't great may I suggest a CD, television, reading, go for a walk, buy a pet...
