Hello all - I'm really intrigued as to where the "Whoopi! Whoopi! WHOOPI! BBC!" thing is from - I keep hearing it on the show and it makes me laugh because it's so random, but I've not heard any of the team saying where it comes from... I figured this would be the place to come to find someone who knows the answer

I think the clips come from Greg James' show. He was on the line to Seema Kotecha, who was on the red carpet at the Oscars. They were getting her to get Whoopi Goldberg's attention and she went a bit overboard!

Haha, cheers for that - I did hear something on this morning's show about Whoopi Goldberg on the red carpet but I assumed they were just joking because the clips of Seema going 'WHOOPI!' sounded rather angry and I didn't think you'd yell at a celebrity like that if you were trying to get them over for an interview!

I loved it on the show (Chris Moyles Show, not Greg James) a couple of days ago when they were pointing out how "Seema Kotecha" was getting more and more fed up of shouting!
