Bawz.

We gave them their strips! Fact!

(Personally I like Barca, but I'm a Villarreal fan)

I'm not sure of the exact facts. We gave them strips and they altered them in some way. There's something in my head about them being black and green stripes that we gave them and they altered them to green and White to match the Andalucian colours. I know we've certainly had a few black and green striped shirts in our history but I'm not sure they go that far back! I'd need to look it up to be honest.

At last - a run of three defeats after our 8 or 9 games unbeated worried me, but we beat Stockport last night, yay! All the sweeter for Stockport being Mr Yudster's "second team", and we are snapping at their heels in the league. Well, sort of snapping. Maybe grasping describes it better.

just to add... as i just realised i cant edit posts here :( lol
no happiness from me to see darlington going into admin, 4 already from our league already, we were massively lucky not to get screwed when we did our CVA so i feel wholeheartedly what they must be feeling.
its great to see bournemouth are about to get out the relegation spots too.. tho i'd be worrying about my team if i was a chester/grimsby/accy fan right about now lol

Pleased with our last minute equaliser last night - not so pleased that we let a 0-1 half time lead go though. Still, could have been worse.

I am never watching an SPL game that doesn't involve my team again after last night. One of the worst games of football I think I've ever seen. No wonder the English viewing figures for it are crap, who in their right mind would watch that if they had no involvement?!

It has happened hasn't it? And Forfar 5 - East Fife 4 has happened too. I'm sure I remember both of them from years and years ago!

Being picky, but I paraphrased it. The original was against us, not Rangers. And yes, even I appreciate just how good a headline that was. Even if it was the evil Sun newspaper. And against us.

Nope, Liverpool v QPR in the 70s after Callaghan tore them apart and it was in the Echo "SUPER CALLY GOES BALLISTIC, QPR ATROCIOUS.".

From The Mirror though... well, a Trinity Mirror publication - unless they were separate them.

Ha, in your face Latics. Back to winning ways now I hope.

Fulham/United was a good game to watch, enjoyed that one greatly. Chelsea/Coventry, not so much, although I will admit to prejudice there.

Only a total tit of a manager would oversee a 7-0 win over a team one week then somehow get them knocked out of the cup a week later by the same team.

No offense to St Mirren. They had improved a bit since last week, but it was the dramatic drop in standard by us that had more to do with it I think.

I'm getting the distinct feeling that you don't really like Wee Gordie now?

Football.
The religion of the unenlightened masses, aspiring to a pseudo-tribalistic common denominator.

That's what someone said once somewhere.
