I think Jo Whiley serves a real purpose on a proper music dedicated show be it in the evening on Radio 1 or on one of the other channels but daytime Radio 1 is not for her. I just find it to be wrong that Sara is off-air whilst most of us are bored with this monotone, boring music guff. Talking seriously about music just doesn't float my boat.

Jo is good, but just not on Radio 1 daytime.

I agree Travis - she's a bit like a female Zane in the music industry I feel. They both get the real big serious exclusives, U2, Eminem etc (Obviously not saying they are the only big improtant artists etc!)

She certainly was a cracker and these days still gorgeous, we don't see or hear enough of her in my opinion.
The girl's got talent - put her on prime time radio instead of sunday mornings.
In fact, swap Jo & Sarah over - that'd work.

i think thats mainly down to her husband being high up in music industry, could this be why shes still on radio1??

It definitely plays to her advantage that her hubby is a record executive.
