I have uploaded a copy of the red nose climb ripped from the iplayer, the quality is however not as good as on Tv but close.

The average audience for the show last night was 8.7 million people. It was the most watched show of the evening.

Not sure if this has been covered already or not, but did Fearne make it to the top? Might have missed her, but i never saw her at the end of the film?

Btw, for the first time yesterday, i actually thought Chris was quite funny on tv, most of the time i think he tries to hard, but i thought he was quite funny yesterday.

Yep, she made it. They started talking about it at the end of the programme. They said that it inspired them all also to make it.

On Comic Relief....Chris looks the only one who is normally dressed. I like it, he seems more like a real person rather than a 'celebrity'.

Gary seems to also be wearing lipstick. :P

Radio 1 Total (Complete) = 1.8 Million.
Complete Total (Complete) = 3.4 Million.

Shame the Radio 1 total didn't get to 2 million, its still a brilliant amount of money though! I was hoping the Radio 1 total would have been the main chunk of all the money :)

Well it did get over half the total raised, so that's a bloody impressive, especially as they were 800,000 over the target (and bearing in mind the relative amounts raised in years past).
Radio 1 was definitely raising most of it before last night. They must have got a * load of money after the programme.
Whoever did it, I'm so glad they raised that much money :D

I haven't watched back the show from last night (thanks for the download link BTW Arnold :) ) but a few at work commented on what a good programme it was & that they though the climbers did great, one of them (who isn't a Radio 1 listener) found it funny that Chris was smoking a fag that high up

Not a problem hope you enjoy it like everyone seems to have.

I enjoyed it very much. I downloaded it onto my PC and will share it with my family. Thanks again. It was really well made. I think I must have gone through half a box of tissue. It was incredible. It made me glad that I was awake during those last hours and biting my nails waiting for the next text on my mobile to tell me who had made it to the summit. A fantastic achievement for not only the climbers but all of us that donated money to this very worthy cause.

My parents watched the programme. They're Moyles haters but they were really impressed with the effort he made on the climb. I think he's gone up in their estimation, which is great to see - and with such a load of money made :D

Why am I still up? I suppose the copious amount of alcohol my housemates are feeding me is helping.

I've posted a video clip of Chris & other the Kili climbers on Comic Relief in the, appropriately titled, Comic Relief 2009 thread.

I think he may have done with quite a few people to be honest, might shake off that whole "fat egotistical" tag he always gets laden with.

Same with when he went on Xfactor though. People saw the nice funny side of him. It doesn't last long though.

I think todays show between 9&10am, when Chris had gone and the team took over, is how the show should have been when Chris was 'up the mountain'.

It was nice having vernon but it was very natural today between 9-10.
