The total so far is great - 32 million! They're definitely beating the amount raised last time.

TOTP on BBC 2 so far has been great. And....its live.

Wow....Paddy, Jimmy & Chris - I've never seen that before. What year was that?

Yeah the Cordon sketch was one of the best things he's done.

I'm willing to bet Horne + Cordon will snog each other by the end of the night. In fact, I'll give £10 to Comic Relief if they don't.

This may have been covered in the mountain thread but why does Rachel not get to appear on tv or get any recognition for her climb? To Moyles' listeners she's almost as much a celeb as he is. It seems a bit unfair.

I think the same thing about Andy Parfitt who also climbed it. Atleast Andy P got abit on-air.

I thought this too - but then I suppose in the eyes of the producers she is one of the 'backstage' people who helped the 9 celebrities go up there. There was barely enough time to cover the experiences of all 9, so it wouldn't make sense to give any time to the plights of the production team, especially when the programme has to appeal to such a mass audience. It is a shame though.

Did anyone spot Rachel's laugh though when Chris said he was going to cross a bit as Gary Barlow - it was definately her!

I thought this years comic relief was rubbish. It had Armstrong and Miller and The Apprentice. French And Saunders were ok but the rest of it was rubbish I thought.

I agree, the Litle Britain and Mama-Mia sketches were dreadful, i cant stand Catherine Tate or Little Britain at the best of times, but this was worse than bad. Annie Lennox sounded terrible as well.

James Corden was a saving grace, the England team sketch was funny, and Take That were good also.
