I personally dont think Chris Works on TV. He's tried it before and bummed, so I'm not sure when he's going for it again. I hope it was just first show nerves, but some of the time Chris' lines seemed a bit contrived.

Also I dont think the format of the show is working well either - having the guests behind some giant TV screen that Chris can turn on and off at will was just wierd and often made Chris look arrogant (I'VE heard enough from you so I'M turning you off...) - why not get them on the stage and involved in the action? I also think that the Sharon Osbourne pre-recorded questions just made the show look cheap and made Chris look like he was trying a little to hard to show off his famous friends.

I have a feeling the show will get worse once Chris has used up is industry friends / regular Radio 1 guests (Davina McCall, Justin Lee Collins / Jimmy Carr.. and maybe a couple from the mountain climb).

I love Chris (and the team) on the breakfast show, but don't think he's got what's needed for a careen on the screen.

I've been to Wistmans Wood, I used to work for the government agency that declares and manages National Nature Reserves. It is a strange, strange place indeed, and very lovely. Lots of lizards around there I remember.

Before people complain, I think I will put any further Dartmoor remeniscences in a PM!

I too think the format could use some work, but I like the screen (adds humour), Chris isn't being arrogant just entertaining. I also think a cool feature would have been to have a different-style quiz master each show. I.e one show the questions are given by a guy with a strong scottish accent, next show someone who shouts all the time. I don't know, just throwing it out there. Sharon didn't work for me, let's leave it at that.

Um, that's about it really, I'm kinda worried his TV career is going to flop because of the show and not because of him. If that makes sense.

I wouldnt worry TOO much. It's flopped several times before and he keeps doing it again, so i'm sure this time wont be any different.

I used to read this rag, before they continually decided to pick on my football team. Then myself, along with quite a few other Celtic fans, started boycotting it. Most of us have never gone back, and the circulation figures are such that a newspaper that was once "Scotland's favourite" is now bought less than the Sun.

Sadly it appears that hitting them where it hurts has done nothing to improve the quality of their output, as this article proves.

Walliams has been very funny so far, but i still just cant get over the prize and the forfeit for losing. Singing a song is just not a bad thing to do, and a celebrity winning a xbox/tv just doesn't make sense....When Chris teases them with singing at the end it just makes me cringe a bit, just cause its not a bad thing to do and it's like who cares.

Funny, but the structure of the show needs a bit of work.

He kept digging a hole for himself with the visual accent thing, first he did * then another two - still doing an identical dance at the same time, I'm starting to see why he needs that screen, to shut them up if they overpower him.

Great show, the titles don't half make it look a million dollars, all great though, still think the singing is pointless and unimaginitive. For instance - Room 101 always found different ways of ending the show, Paul Merton was good like that, they just need something different each week to finish off with.

I quite like the first one, but the second one was much much better. I absolutely loathe Chris de Burgh, I would like to kill him slowly and painfully - but he was hilarious. I thought episode 2 was really good.

The sunday Night Project normally gets 1 million - 1.2 million.

Chris got 1.2 last week.

This week he got 1.7.

Its not brilliant but its better and on the increase, it could easily go down next week though.

Actually was a very good show last night, the only tip I would give is to start things off a bit quicker, as it comes across a bit long winded explaining rules, rounds, etc

Regarding the ratings, the Johnathan Ross appearance was probably sure to bump up the figures a bit, I'd take a guess that the ratings for next week will settlt somewhere in between...hopfully i'm wrong though!
