Chris Moyles is about to secure a deal to work with the BBC on various projects for the next 4 years but will step down fropm hosting the radio one breakfast show next year to work on other projects, according to a report in one of the quality newspapers today. It sounds more authoratative than the tabloid papers to me.Chris apparantely wants to focus on developing tv shows like his channel 4 one after one more year on breakfast but it doesnt make clear whetehr he will present another show on radio one or not.If he does it will probably be a weekly saturday show or something like that. http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/ ... 244249.ece
The point is that Chris i s not about to be axed-the BBC are keen to keep him,but Chris himself seems to be ready to move on from Radio One next year, which is what I suspected.13 years is usually as long as anyone stays.Lets celebrate the fact that we have another year of Chris on the breakfast show, and enjoy watching him on tv after that. This is the start of a new phase in Chris's career and although we wil be sad to see him leave Radio One ,or at least the breakfast show, next year,if that is whats going to happen, we should be happy that he is about to go on to even bigger successes. Its greatthat the BBC are ready to offer him his own tv shows at l ong last, something I thought would never happen.sThat is if this story is true, which I believe it is.

It's still a Murdoch publication, I don't trust it in the slightest.

It says he is in negotiations. Yet the other day it was announced that he had already signed a one year contract. I don't believe anything the bloody papers say.
