Well, this is not any other forum. Other forums you visit, I would imagine, have their own rules and regulations - ones which you are more than likely expected to read and agree to before you start posting - in that respect, this place is no different; it's just the nature of the rules that differs.

I post on some other forums, the nicest one I post on is a lovely place, no swearing unless totally totally necessary, nobody gangs up or takes sides and it's great. One I post on actually has a problem with people taking threads off topic, like you all seem to enjoy doing here.
On another is a guy who posts stuff that I sometimes find very hard to work out, the spelling is dire and alot of the words are made up I think, but he has a vast amount of knowledge about what he posting on, and he is also very understanding about 'how' other people post. I also have to read some peoples posts in foreign accents as they is how they type and they are indeed from other countries, sometimes I need to ask for a better translation but it all adds the the interest of reading other peoples opinions, and meeting other people with other personalities, I think you should let up on poor old Ian, he only came here and tried to join in.
Ganging up and going on and on at someone is bullying!

If someone can't defend themselves on a forum then they don't deserve to be on it! If you had seen how much shit I put up with when I first joined here then you would just leave Ian-k to actually defend himself - if he can coherently! You would also note that I told him to get past the grammar and spelling squad (headed by myself and Topher) and enjoy his time here!
