Thanks for the warning. I've avoided going on about him on here recently, but he's becoming more and more of a tit the more exposure he gets. You always know when he's arrived as you can hear his false laugh from the back of the studio above everyone else.
He should go and join Steve Wright, he'd be much better suited - when critics talk about CM's bunch of sycophants, there's only actually one who fits the bill. Perhaps spending less time trying to get his voice on air and more time trying to do his job right would be a good idea as well.
Now you see why I've been avoiding mentioning him for a while.

I really enjoy seeing hints of the technical side of what Chris does - he'll be chatting away and now you can see him you realise that all the while he's checking things, setting stuff up, adjusting something else - fascinating really.
I'm sure I read somewhere that other DJ's rate him for his technical ability as much as anything else, when it comes to working the desk he's supposed to be up there with the best of them. Aled was talking in his thread about how he loops the intro to songs by working three tracks simultaneously and of course talking over it as well, it's a great skill.
I found it fascinating last time too, I'm really hoping to find a way to record it. Unless they put it on iPlayer of course, but I doubt it.
