I think at that point I was listening to Mini Discs of Chris Moyles shows from 2001/2 & Jon Holmes shows from 2001/2. I wish I had listened to more of the 2004 shows now

The first page has now been updated with both the Moyles 26/4/05 show and Mark & Lard 4/2/2003 show added to the first post. The first post has been tidied up somewhat & all previous updates have been added to their respective sections.

I do however plan to have a big tidy up, I plan to have just the date & download link for the very old uploads, so as to save space, with the full details available via a separate link or via a separate Word document (I'm not sure yet).

Anyway hope you enjoy these two shows, onto Juliette's last show next, either myself or TIAL will hopefully get this edited & uploaded in the near future.

I'm currently listening to Juliette's last show, it's a great show but by golly, how different is the show to today's standards. Rachel appears of mic half the time, they play songs & Buzz Off is still going on 1/10/2004. Juliette sounds like a rather fun member of the team, she doesn't take herself that seriously at all. Shame she left in some respects.

BTW JamieC21, DC, anyone else, does anyone have Carrie's first show from the following week, or did she not take over straight away? Did they have "temporary" sports readers between Juliette's departure & Carrie's arrival?

Bit hard to judge really, the two shows I have with her are both out of the ordinary, the first was in Portugal and the second was her final day. I didn't start keeping them all until I was out of work in 2005.

She doesn't appear much on the first ever show either (Dominic & Juliette seem to be "relegated" to just reading bulletins in the first show). I do rather like her on her last show though, she seems very bubbly, doesn't bitch and moan at all it seems & I can understand why quite a few people on here preferred her to early Carrie. However Carrie has improved a lot since she started in late 2004.

I've listened to the 2004 show, Carrie's first show isn't until two weeks later (at the earliest) as Mills is covering for them after Juliette's last show.

What can I say about her last show, it's brilliant, I thoroughly enjoyed it & I'll be working on getting this edited over the next few days or so, so keep an eye out.

No.

Ive literally gone through everything I have, catalogued the lot of them, but I can't find them. I have a horrible feeling the CD was in a PC/CD Drive that got chucked a few years back - that's the only explanation I can think of. I'm a compulsive hoarder, it's why I've kept recordings of the last 4 years of the shows even through there's little chance I'll be able to listen to a even tenth of them ever again, it's why I still have over 200 VHS videos here. I would never had chucked it purposefully so I feel it's gone.

Either that or I never recorded them in the first place. I did find a weeks worth of DAB recordings of the Breakfast Show (I recorded the Mark and Lard shows the same way), so maybe I'm ultimately getting massively confused. I don't think so though, if I'd have wanted to keep a snapshot of Mark and Lard then I'd have wanted to do the same with Moyles at the time.

By the way, a snapshot of some of the stuff to come, in it's own time, I'd rather you finished off the older stuff by the time I start of this...

A brilliant 2005 archive there, you may have just convinced me to get stuck into my 2001 archive I'm a bit of a hoarder as well unfortunately (although thankfully that "weakness" means I have been able to share all those shows from 1999-2003).

Shame about the 2003 shows though, I know what that's like, one of my Saturday shows from 2000 is missing from my archive (it's like the Patrick Troughton Doctor Who Archives all over again )

What gives it away somewhat is the "What are the Word or Words" feature, one of the contestants returns on the October Show that was on the September show. Now either they played it once a week or he beat all the other competitors for that week, either way it leaves a bit of a question mark on which one has the wrong date.

It's not your error, if anything, if it is an error, it seems to have been done by the person who uploaded the original shows in the first place. I double checked his site & it does indeed say 2/9/97 & 3/10/97. You wouldn't be able to tell, except for the "What's The Word Or Words" feature. However there may be a way of finally resolving this, on the 3/10/97 show Chris mentions that it's their 50th show, now if anyone know the date of his first ever show, we may be able to back date it & work out which one of the two are incorrect.

BTW JamieC21, were you the one that pointed the "Frothy Bevvie" clip out to Aled or Chris (Moyles) of which he has used since it was given to him. If so, you have gone right up in my estimation
