Go to the iPlayer page of whatever show it is you want, view the source of the page and look for '.ram' (without the quotation marks). The '.ram' is the extension of the file that you'll need to look in to get the RTSP address for that show. Either try to spot a possible patten in the URL or repeat for other shows.

Cheers Console. I've done that and it seems to work alright, but with the Moyles shows, the listen again links provided are not the same as the ones on the listen again page. They are RTSP links. Any idea if they exist for other shows as well?

Ok, I wont pretend to know what RTSP means or how any of this works. What I mean is that if I go to the iPlayer page and look at the source for the Monday Moyles show, I get this link:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/aod/playli ... io_one.ram

If I go to the stickied thread in this forum and look at the link for the Monday Moyles show, I get this:

rtsp://rm-acl.bbc.co.uk/radio1coyopa/ra ... ay_0630.ra

So my questions is basically - where do I get the second version of the link for other shows? That said, as I type this, I am realising it makes little difference. Still interested though if anyone knows?

If you download the first link and open it in notepad, it'll contain a single line of text that is like the second link. It does make little difference though, as pretty much all media players will just see the '.ram' file as a playlist and just play it normally.

That's the ticket - cheers Console. I'm never quite sure how or why you know this stuff, but it does come in useful from time to time! :)

The reason I ask is that I convert it to MP3 so goes onto the iPhone. With the Moyles show, the whole process is more or less automated with the programs I've got and the file names tell me which day of the week i'm listening to. This helps for other shows as well - ta!
