Just a thought:
The BBC has been yet again accused of ageism. But this time discriminating against a younger audience. The night with the chris moyles show is for students recieving their a-level results for the first time however it is for 18 year olds only. Complaints have been made as some students are forced to drop a year due to circumstances out of their control. This means that they are getting their results first time around but are now 19. Similarly some students gain a year and take their A-levels early making them 17 and also not eligable. This is partly being put down to Radio 1 digging for the younger end of their target demographic however this should be considered ageist which is against BBC policy. The BBC is yet to respond.
