The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Well I would say at least a third of the people from my school year started their respective unis or colleges at 17. It's to do with which time of year the age cut-off for starting school is I think. In Scotland it's 1st March, from what I remember, whereas in England it's a few months before (or after?) that.

In Scotland that's pretty standard.

I could have gone at 16 but I stayed on til 6th year.

Zac Efron is a knob. Plus, no way is he prettier than Vanessa Hudgens. She's 'mazin.

I didn't think it'd be right to post those nude photos...although I can't say I wasn't tempted.

Sorry what were you saying I was too interested in the picture ;)

I agree with you Bonazoid, Efron is a knob, she needs a real man, like myself ;)

Ah, so you were one of those clever people? We had a couple of 16 yo leavers (who went straight to university) too.

Admittedly, I'm glad I didn't. For all I might have been clever at school, I was well shown up at Uni. If I'd gone 12 months earlier I'd probably never have graduated.

Yep, they do a spoof of it in an episode of The Simpsons where Homer plays it badly & breaks it :D

Big isn't a bad movie actually, unfortunately LWT had a habit of showing it every 6-8 months

The worst is LWT & ITV1's obssesion with True Lies, I swear than film has been on ITV 1 10-20 times since LWT premiered it in the late 90's, it's been on 4-5 times in the last 12 months.

I've seen Big - it's very good. I know there are some really obvious films I've never seen, but my mind's gone blank...

The Matrix?

I've never seen anything but the first Indiana Jones film. I've also never seen a Rocky film all the way through or Rambo.

Yeah it's not bad actually, just that it seems to be the only film ITV 1 have now, I'm sure it's also been on BBC 1 recently as well.

Big's a classic! You people must all watch it. I've never seen any Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings films, but it's a conscious choice - that fantasy stuff is just not for me. I seem to be in a very small minority on that, tho.

I've only seen one or two Harry Potter films. Not through choice though.

To be honest I don't mind when he uses Chris' jingles. They amuse me, and I think it's nice to keep them there - to me it sounds like a sort of paying of respects to the timeslot.
