Correct, I think it's so the gutter press don't have a butchers on here & decided to run a story with it as a lot of reporters are lazy these days, especially in the red tops.

I think it's because posting opinions or speculation and presenting them as facts insults the intelligence of at least a number of regular members of this board. Plus it's annoying.

Speaking of twats, how can you first say that you haven't heard the show, then say that Carrie hasn't been mentioned for a couple of days? If you haven't heard the shows, how the hell do you know what has and hasn't been mentioned?

On the wider debate between our charming newbs and regular pirahnas (that word still looks wrong every time I type it), I think that someone who considers themselves a fan of Moyles et al and a loyal listener to the show should treat the team with more respect than they would some piece of tabloid fodder, and not post idle, unfounded speculation and gossip. It's like the gamer tag question gone large - in recent weeks we've had people insinuating they know the team's exact addresses, claiming to have info on Chris' contract with R1, talking as if they know the team's personal feelings on private matters, etc. I'm hoping I speak for at least a few of us pirahnas (apologies if I've misjudged this) in saying that our stance on the matter is the same as when people first started posting here asking for Chris' gamer tag (which I know even predates my being on this forum) - we don't know it and we have no interest in knowing it, cos we have no desire to stalk Chris online or anywhere else, trying to become a 'friend of a celeb' and get 'inside info' in an attempt to appear cool and important, and we kinda look down on those who do.
