I've just signed on to listen again and there appears to be a new standard listen again picture - but chris is wearing Adidas in it, very nice picture, but my first thought was - wasn't there a big hoo-haa about not being able to wear branded clothes on the live streaming, just wondering why it doesn't apply to the iplayer picture. Rare to see BBC presenters wearing big brands, (apart from all the BBC news reporters having North Face Jackets)

Just taken a look - it's hardly the most blatant of logos, with the entire top being in black, but still odd to include a recognised brand in a publicity photo. Then again, it's hardly going to make me run out and buy me some Adidas!

Is he wearing a branded expression? Where can I get one?

I like the pic. On my screen the logo is completely obscured by the 'Listen In Pop-Out Player' box so I'd never have noticed it if I hadn't read this thread.

I don't see what all the fuss is about. When did this "no mention of brand names on air" policy come into play anyway? Listening back to the shows from 2001 that policy doesn't seem to be in place at all.

I've no idea but they were very aware of it when they did the live streaming.

Funny moment yesterday when Nihal was talking about having a cold and said he'd been using Olbas Oil, then his producer mentioned something else for colds but used the method of picking a rhyming word i.e. 'Dunes'
