But the bitterness is what makes it appealing, I reckon. Snobbery has nothing to do with it. I find this anti-dark chocolate eater prejudice rather curious and had never encountered it until today.
Milk chocolate suddenly seemed so bland after I discovered I had a taste for the really dark stuff.
