I agree totally. A few years ago a local radio station did this to us - prank calling a theatre box office, hilarious! My former colleague who answered the call was a lovely, patient lady who kept up her professionalism in the face of the idiocy. Thank God they didn't get me, cos I would most likely have sworn at the caller and and hung up, and if that had been broadcast I probably wouldn't still have my job.

No - I can't get past how its such an incosiderate thing to do to some probably stupidly busy person who is just trying to do their job. I'm not a fan of laughing at people who haven't offered themselves as public entertainment. Apart from Bradcali and Wireman of course.
