Lorrydriver is Dave's lyrical tour de force - bless Britney and her people for allowing it. And I love the cover, bet Gary Barlow does too.

I like the cover, I reckon it would have been nice to have the whole team on though.

Yeah, I had that thought too. One of them would have needed to wear a Mark Owen hat though.

I only noticed the other week when I started up the iplayer on the date that N-Dubz had been in. Looking at he pic of him with them I was suddenly struck by how slim he looked. Weird.

Time to order it methinks. :)

I've realised that there are quite a few other albums I was thinking of buying - or am definitely buying - that are coming out the same time... Lady GaGa, Rihanna, Timbaland and at least one other I've forgotten (definitely not the new Splendababes* though). And that's a lot considering I rarely buy more than one album per month, and if I do it's rarely a new one.

It's gonna be a tight month for me. ;)

*Credit to someone on Pop Justice, very good.

Guess none of them are recognisable enough except to hardcore moyles fans

It will be very heavily publicised.Of course its all a desperate attempt to beat Wogan in the ratings before he goes at xmas.Sadly last weeks figures indicate thi s is now highly unlikely though :(

ps that pic of Moyles has clearly b een altered-no way has he lost that much weight!

There may be a picture of the team on he back of the album. I'm looking forward to listening to the finished product, I'm going to play it on Christmas day to confuse the parentals.

They sound good, some the music sounds exactly like the original songs & some are sound a likes.

Barack Obama sounds more closer to the Kasabian LSF version that the "Captain Pugwash" style version they use on radio.

You can play the Official Chris Moyles Parody game at:

http://www.chrismoylesgame.com

You play as Chris Moyles and help him collect all the missing lyrics from his Parody album. You will get to hear snippets of the parodies as well as some unheard tracks.

Spread the word! :)

Yes I do work for Koko and we are trying to promote this game to people. I figured that posting it on this forum would be ok as it is rellevent to his new Parody album and has been commisioned by the record label. What do you think of the game? I hope you like it.

Posting it here is fine, but given our 'No advertising' rule, I think it's best to only post it once.

Oh, and I don't have flash, so I haven't tried it.

no need to be so short - i believe that this type of response is more in danger of creating a negative attitude toward the label, as you're clearly trying to justify yourself against any (possibly lighthearted) criticism or jibes, aimed at the label's marketing effort. subtlety is where it's at when it comes to online, people can see through efforts like this. at least be open from the beginning and fully explain your motives - or attend a viral marketing workshop.

many thanks,

Appologies if I sounded short on my previous post, it was not suppost to sound like that in any shape or form! We really do hope that people like the game and get some enjoyment out of playing it too. It is designed to promote the album but in a way that gives something back to the player in the form of fun. So far we have had some great feedback from players so we hoping the trend continues.

Have you had chance to play the game yourself and if so what are your thoughts? We always like to hear what people think of the game.

Cheers

Does Moyles approve of a hamburger being used to award an extra life in the game :-D

Seriously though its a good game, nice how you hear the parody album track, I've become a fan on the old book of faces :)
