Some great stuff on there, including another Mayo show, a Steve Jackson Kiss 100 show (which from what i understand was an excellent show, he used to send a robotic dog to Virgin Radio or something like that back then) some Evans Radio 1 stuff & several old Moyles shows including one from Severn Sound FM (I think now Heart Midlands or some shite like that).

page 3 of this thread, look at the list from neal b. there must be more to search in the digital spy forums but that's quite a selection. a mark & lard show and some 90's moyles in there, he also has some radio 1 coverage from the day diana died. would be great to hear some of those tapes, have no idea if he's got round to digitizing them yet, the post is over a year ago.

i recalled the other day too, reading a forum a few years back and a member mentioning their tapes of radio 1 from 9/11. no idea what show(s) but i can't even remember where i saw that. which reminds me, on the next list post we'll have to add those newsbeat clips i uploaded on some form of special section. maybe the simon mayo show can go on too plus other stuff that's not mark & lard or moyles we discover.

Now that's what I call a list! There's a Pat Sharp on Capital in there, Mark Fox's first show on Virgin Radio as well as a Pete & Geoff show on Virgin Radio.

We could add Mayo to this archive if you like the Moyles, Mark & Lard and Mayo archive perhaps? I was thinking of addign Jon Holmes here at one point as well, got 8 of his Virgin Radio shows & about 75-100 BBC 6 Music shows. However don't think many on here like him

i found a website 2 months ago with mayo's last radio 1 show on it, although the clips were low quality they were listenable. now i can't bloody find it!

maybe it's worth trying to get in touch with that guy with all the tapes, what can we offer in return though? he seems to have the lot!

Hmm.... Well, I've got a load of old Colin Murray shows from his final few weeks, Lots of old Moyles shows that I can give him unedited (suprisingly more people seem to like them with the ads, music, news, etc. left in rather than taken out) & there's my Jon Holmes shows.

Damn it we need something really rare to trade with him, however about some missing Patrick Troughton Doctor Who stories?

Don't know, I registered there years and years and years ago, I wouldn't know if it's invite only now.

If anyone has, or sees, any Chris Morris radio shows about, give me a shout. In particular, Radio Cambridgeshire (1986), Radio Bristol (1987-1990), GLR (1988-1991), and a Radio 1 Christmas Day show from 1990. Would anyone have the 13th of November show, I'm only looking for a specific link before a news bulletin, when chris played the Whatcha Say song, and would be looking for the past 10-20 seconds of it, when chris sang, When the roof caved in I called a roofer he said exactly what to do. it made me smile. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I trhink it was around then, can't remember exactly, but it was around the 12th/13th November area
