Good advice though
Actually, that's bang on. I got chucked at the beginning of 2004. At the time I was struggling to get a job after finishing Uni in the summer of 2002 and getting chucked pretty much made up my mind to go further afield and do something about it as I was no longer tied to a relationship here. I took a course in Coventry, which lead to me getting the job I'm currently in, which lead me to have money to move out of my parents house, which lead me to meet the girl who is now my fiancée.
So really, getting chucked ended up being a pivotal moment in my life which put me in the really good position I'm in now.
