When was the last time arsenal topped the table?
I just hope they keep it up, last time we won the leageue was the 03/04 season, God that was ages ago
We do go top every season, although that's usually before a single game has kicked off

They certainly can't afford to sack him. Personally, if I were a Liverpool fan the thing I would be most worried about with Rafa is that he seems to be having some kind of breakdown. He's twitchy, anxious, nervy, sweaty and looks like a cornered fox when he's interviewed these days - all par for the course for Premiership managers I would say, but he seems to have a great deal of difficulty dealing with the pressure of it. I reckon he isn't alone in that group in possibly being very very close to the edge of mental breakdown, but he definitely seems to have most difficulty concealing it!
I agree Yudster, he does look very on edge at the mo. The problem I think stems from Liverpool doing well last year and Rafa being quoted as saying that they could win the league next year which has come to nothing this year. Also the US board will only communicate with him via Email, which must be very off putting.
