Am I alone in despising James Corden? OK, he was on for charity which is cool but I really can't stand him, I don't find him at all funny.

And I do get a bit annoyed with the team's fawning although I'm sure he's a nice person, he just comes across to me as extremely arrogant.

Have to say I agree with you...comes across as someone who believes his own hype...that said I can't comment on this morning's show as I purposely haven't listened to the interview.

When there's a guest I don't 'like' it just means I can skip through that bit on iPlayer (guest interviews are generally my least favourite part of the show anyway so I don't feel like I've missed anything). If anything good/funny comes of an interview it'll be on the podcast.

I like James Corden but I just have a niggling little worry that he might be going to do a Ricky Gervais, start actually believing that he is a genius and that the world unconditionally loves him and he can't do anything wrong, and stop being likeable - therefore stop being funny (for me anyway). I think Gavin and Stacey would have won that award even if he hadnt been on the show.

I think he has always been a bit * and arrogant, but to me he seems pretty down to earth.

Usually not a fan of guests on the show, but they were both great.

Ah, are you trying to watch at work? It may be that your internet providers are set in another country so it makes it look like you're abroad. I'm in the Netherlands apparently...
I'm sure someone like Console could tell you ways to get round it.

Have you looked on youtube? Someone on there may have uploaded it.

I wouldn't go so far as to say I despise the man. But I dont really get what all the fuss is about, and dont really find him all that funny. His voice has a tendency of rising incredibly in pitch when he becomes excited; a trait a find most annoying in anyone.

In fairness, I will say this - everyone I have spoken to (without exception) says Gavin and Stacey is brilliant, and as soon as I can get my hands on Season 1, I'll be watching it.
