The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

As mentioned on the show every so often, the people on this board like to moan about the show, whether it be about the guests, Chris' punctuality, wages, music etc etc.

But I think this year, the shows have been blinding! Ramsey, Corden (The Love Contract sounds potentially incredible!), Hello I'm listening and so much more.

I suppose I just wanted to say a big well done, and that I'm very much enjoying it :)

I haven't really heard any of the shows this year to be honest, I have the radio on for about 20 mins in the morning then spend the rest of the time on the train or at work. I really should start downloading podcasts now I think. I miss the show.

Hell yeah Yuds, fine standards 'ave been achieved recently.

I love Daves' gut laugh, when something really tickles Dave and he does his deep gut laugh, never fails to make me howl too.

And I know some people on here don't share this view, but i've enjoyed the recent 'old' guests that have been in, GR and DMc especially. Always makes for a fast flowing interview as Chris needs no time to get to know them, you can tell CM and GR get on well, some good banter between them.

They have been on great form so far this year, Westwood made me laugh on the "Where Am I?" game with the "...ask Chris Moyles" bit in regards to food  I'll have to upload these shows to my ipod to give them a proper listen.

I'm rather hoping Carrie's replacement is as good as her :)

"I'm at the Post Office!" - still making me laugh when I hear it.

Wondering where the Love Contract thing is going though. Kinda getting bored with it already.

Yesterday's quiz with the "digit 9" question was amazing.

I must admit I haven't been listening as much this year so far (I think I'm still off-kilter from the holiday), but am trying to get back into it. Clearly I've missed some good stuff.

It shouldn't be offensive. Its a sign of our over-sensitive times that some people would think it is. The whole Westwood feature is brilliant though.

 It's not casual racism, it's like when me & me brother visited Bolton last month & a couple of the Boltonites mocked our * accents.

If anything Westwood's accent is a complete mock of some sort of street accent or the other.

I have a few problems with this post...

1) I didn't leave. I don't know how.
2) I don't have a gimp.
C) If I did, I wouldn't beat him up. Gimps are people too y'know.
4) Haggis is tasty. There is never any remains.

Seriously?

DevilsDuck wrote:4. Skirt

Men look good in kilts. They look bad in skirts. You are getting dangerously close to me getting my picture out again...

I'm pretty sure I have had worse things in my mouth than that. Uh huh.

I agree the shows have been class so far this year, the stand out moment for me was the brilliant Ramsey interview with the Michelin man! Lately it really feels like the show has turned back the years in terms of how fresh it's coming across on the air.
However I'm reallly hopeing for a much better golden hour tomorrow. They need to be allowed to go further back into the 80's....the hits of the 90's are muck in comparison (and thats coming from a 22year old by the way)! Even if that cant change the range, the team golden hour choices lately could be better. They have been a bit 'far out' for my likeing since the new year.

When I was younger, my foot fell off. They managed to sew it back on again, but I sometimes need to go in and get them to re-do the stitches. Oh, and I like the song.

Hence the name.
