I haven't fully listened to this years shows yet, didn't realise that they had dropped him after Christmas, but I suppose you can only do so much with the feature in the end.

Not to mention the fact that in the last few weeks of it he didn't seem to be losing any weight! I know he had a lot else on with the baby and all, but...a feature about someone's weight loss attempts when they don't actually lose any is not a feature. It's just a phone chat with a random C0ckney bloke.

I liked Angelo a lot, but I used to get just as frustrated with him as I do with Chris - if you have a lot of weight to lose (and they both still do), and you are actually adjusting your life in order to lose it, you definitely should be losing significant amounts (3lb+) every fortnight. If you aren't losing that weight then you aren't really trying. Angelo had something of an excuse with the baby and everything, but only to a certain extent. And I don't care how much running and "training" Chris does, if he keeps drinking beer even two or three times a week and doesn't take far more care with what he eats than he seems to do, he isn't going to lose any more. He keeps saying how he has lost two stone in the last year - but he was saying he had lost two stone after he came back from Kilimanjaro. So basically he hasn't lost any significant weight since then. It seems a hell of a lot of effort to go to with the running and everything for such negligible results, especially when someone with as much weight to lose as he had (has) should be able to lose considerably more than 2 stone in a whole year. If they are serious about it.

Indeed, I did consider my own weight loss of 11st to 9st in less than a year more of an achievement, but I was still pleased with their efforts at least in the beginning.

Mind you, Chris hasn't gained any weight though, or has he? If not then I guess the exercise he's been doing has at least helped him to maintain his weight when he could easily slip back. It might be time for a new goal and another surge though.

Is he doing anything (physical) for Sport Relief?

Theres nothing more repellent than a reality tv star.........except maybe a reality radio star.

I didnt like him at all.

Many people lose weight, why pick someone so annoying and one who does so little to acheive his goal?

Angelo didn't annoy me, but the 'feature' had kinda run its course, there is only so much interest you can apply to someone else's diet plan....

Still, nice chap and wish him all the best with Daddy-dom.

I didn't find him annoying at all, he was just your nice average Joe, he lost quite a bit though didn't he? About 5-6 stone in a year?

Not sure how much it was, but at his weight that wouldent be too hard at all.

I liked him at the start, but there is only so much I could take...

He seemed to do so little and eat a terrible diet. Abit of footbal and the minimal gym visits that the team were congratulating him on...

come off it everyone. Angelo and chris went through a complete lifestyle change in the last year. Angelo lost what. 5 stone in the year. Chris lost 2 and half stone in the last year. That is nothing to critisise at. Don't forget that losing 1 or 2 lbs in a week is much better than losing 12 lbs to a stone. And now they are a year in. There will be times where they will now put on muscle weight. Which you must know is heavier than fat. With the running that chris in particular has been doing. You'll expect to see more muscle. So he may look thinner. But could be more heavy than when he started his training.

I really enjoyed listening to Angelo, and although I feel the weekly update had run its course, it would be good to have him on once in a while for a catch up
