with all this fuss over age demographic's and chris is quote. Too old for radio 1 now. My questions are. What is your age range. what d.j's do you listen too and why?

Age ranges are as follows

10-18
18-25
26-30
31-35
36-40
40 +

You can pick any radio 1 d.j

Ok. My choices are.
18-25

I'm in 26-30, but only for a few more weeks.... :(

I go out of my way to listen to Chris. I like Greg. I don't object to Scott. I like Coxy if I catch her show.

And, for me, its Radio 1 or MP3s, there are no other radio stations....

10-18. I listen to Chris everyday, Sara, Edith and a bit of Jo on a Sunday (When I'm a work, though would listen to Sara anyway), and occasionally catch Vernon and Zane.

I also try and catch people like Shaun keaveny, Guy Garvey, Huey Morgan, Claudia Winkleman, Dermot O Leary and Johnny Ross on the iPlayer, though they're Radio's 2 and 6.

I'm 40. I listen to Chris all the time. Greg most of the time, and I used to listen to Scott until Simon Mayo took over drivetime on Radio 2.

27, Listen to Chris when I get up and in the car to the train station, sometimes Mills on the way home or Ipod. If were driving late at night I might put Heart on but that annoys me because of all the adverts.

10-18 Chris live on way to college, and then the rest of the show on iPlayer later. I don't listen to anyone else in particular, only whoever happens to be on when I'm driving.

I'm 10-18 and a girl.

Sorry, I thought it was a rule that you had to lie on the internet about such things.

I'm 26, the only shows I listen to, or try to listen to are Chris Moyles, Greg James, Vernon Kay & Sara Cox, the rest I can't be arsed. The only other radio I listen to is BBC 6 Music on a Saturday, I make a point of listening to Jon Holmes every week but do catch, if I can, Adam & Joe, Liz Kershaw, Richard Bacon & Craig Charles on 6 Music.

Otherwise I'll occasionally tune into Geoff Lloyd on Absolute Radio or Radcliffe & Maconie or Mayo on Radio 2. David Tennant & Catherine Tate have covered for Jonathon Ross on the odd occassion & I've rather enjoyed their shows, although that might be because I'm a Doctor Who fan (they did one Saturday just gone, listen to it on iPlayer if you're curious as to how they sound).

Moyles is the only one I purposely listen to, I'll occasionally scan around and not instantly have to turn over Cox, Mills, Kay and James. Oh and Westwood every now and again for a laugh.

The rest of them are entirely unlistenable.

That Dev character is like pulling teeth.

Other than that, I listen to James O'Brien on LBC, Danny Baker on 5Live, Danny Kelly and Hawksbee & Jacobs on talkSPORT.

Listen to Chris every day before school between 6:30 and 7:30, and can take or leave pretty much every other R1 DJ, except Westwood, who I hate with a passion.

Moyles- mainly through listen again in the evenings.

Refuse to listen to Mills, Fearne and Whiley.

Don't mind the radio on if Vernon is on.

Otherwise no radio for me, just stream music from t'internet.

I'm 32 and living in Canada. I will go out of my way to listen to Chris on sirius. i used to like Scott a lot but i feel he's getting a bit too showsy, dancey and a little jazz handy, i think the show is missing Chappers . Fearne's and bit of a step sideways and a little back from Jo and can she say anything else other than "Mooorninnnng" to Chris in the handover. Greg's OK and don't get me started on Dev. When will R1 start scouting the UK for the next Chris or Scott instead of going with the cheap and easy option of nicking yet another presenter from 1xtra. I've noticed that Carrie's replacement is from, erm let me guess, 1xtra?

It seems that the better, more entertaining shows feature a team, Chris, Dave etc, Scott, Beccy and Chappers and Mark and Lard. i think Scott is missing a trick by not replacing Chopper. There's not enough manly men on the show (Grrr, Rugby etc) It was a nice pairing.

I guess i'm of a certain age, still too young for R2 but losing touch with "yoof" culture. What we need is Radio 1.5 with the fringe DJ's like Chris, Sara and Jo.

Rant over.

Gawd, Scott Mills is awful, Simon Mayo's show is on at the same time and is great.
