Renault Clio (similar shape/colour to this one)
56 plate, 1.5 Diesel, 6 gear, keyless entry (you press a cool 'start/stop' button to fire up the engine), off-white leather interior with wooden bits, ipod connector.

I win.

Except that sometimes - just occasionally - the people of London do venture out of their natural habitat and explore more widely in the landscape. In which case a car and the ability to drive it is essential, if you actually want to be able to do anything.

Topher - That's true although all the sodding around with the track updates of recent make it a pain in the arse (for example the Met, Circle, Hammersmith & City & District lines were all closed last weekend, with everyone crowding out the Central & Jubilee lines). However a lot of the time it's ok

Yudster - That's the reason I'm thinking of learning, National Express East Anglia are * useless (only 79% of customers are satisfied with them now) and manage to be delayed every day & the bus I need to get from Gidea Park to work is supposed to turn up at 8:01am & 8:16am, I get to Gidea Park station at 7:59am & each day the 8:01 has already been & gone and the 8:16 turns up at 8:25. To be honest I wished we were back at Lougton, it was so much easier.

Is it safe to have one of those is Glasgow? Surely a nice Datsun Cherry would be safer for you up there, at least they won't key it. ;)

For The Focus’ sharp handling and steering make it more fun than many rivals, and it’s one of the most practical cars in its class. Big discounts are available, too.

Against The Focus isn’t as refined as some of its rivals and it doesn’t hold its value well. Higher-spec models are pricey, and the interior design and materials are uninspiring.

Check the WhatCar website for loads of reviews/specs

Would it be a Finesse model. They're much better, as they have A/C, alloys and a CD player. My one has none of these things!

Yeah, wish I got one of them now!! Today, I discovered you can fold the back seats completely flat, which was something.

Sat and today are up
