How about they mention that Dominic has got a hair transplant & he wears a wig for the entire show fooling several of the more gullible listeners?

Sorry, I'll get me coat that was a crap idea :)

I think Aled said Gene Hunt will be in. Truthfully though, the fact Ashes to Ashes is set in the eighties (back when The Bill was good!) is somewhat the April Fool for ITV for this year.

I think Gene Hunt MUST be the April fools, because they let slip that Sooty and Sweep were going to be in later, and they couldn't really have both on in a day could they?

Chris was apparently 40 minutes late, Dave also had to "dash off as well", however this seems to have gone over several people's heads on here & they're having a go at Chris been late, oh well

Hmmm... well if that was the April Fool then if this forum is anything to go by it was rather poorly executed.

My favourite one that I can remember from the R1 breakfast show was when Kevin and Zoe had a massive "bust-up" on air and Simon Mayo had to take over earlier than normal. Although there may well have been some good ones since that I've forgotten.

I'm sorry, did I miss something? I really thought it was obvious that the Sooty And Sweep thing coming in for an interview was the April Fool, because, well Sooty dosen't speak and Sweep just squeaks...surely thats not a GREAT choice for a radio interview??????

Ah ok, fair enough, I only really heard from the bit when Dominic said Dave had to suddenly pop off & then they said April Fool, I had thought it had gone over everyone's head on here (which does seem rather unlikely as the majority of you ladies & gents on here are intelligent, well seem intelligent at least ;) )
