Me too. I get so irate if someone borrows my pen (more OCD confessions!), let alone spread spag-bol all over my desk. I'd have gone all kung-fu on the offender.

Stuff like that happens in my office sometimes too. I sent a proper narky email round the other week when someone had spilled a drink (something sticky, like Oasis, I think) and left a pool of it by a PC. It didn't even look like they'd attempted to mop it up. The culprit never fessed up...makes me cross.

I get shit like this happen at work all the time, cups of half finished coffee left on my desk (I hate coffee so that makes it worse) stapler & calculator always borrowed without being asked & pens stolen at least once a week, bloody irritating.
