I get the feeling that Fearne doesn't like him that much

They both like him but they dont know how to handle him on air with his jovial flirting. Fearne has said that his on-air behaviour is nothing like his off-air behaviour and she clearly isnt up to adapting to a bit of banter.

Jo seemed partiularly uncomfortable during their handovers. I am sur eboth of them like him though.
