I thought about answering your post point by point, it would have been a worthwhile exercise in many ways because the whole question of how does perception and opinion differ from knowledge and why is one so often mistaken for the other, and when is it ok to express opinion and when isn't it is a good question, an interesting one, and one filled with opportunities for people to misunderstand, wilfully or otherwise. But its been done before.

So I'll just say this. First, I have an opinion about Matt Fincham based on my interpretation of what I have heard on the radio. I haven't met him, to my knowledge. Your interpretation of what you have heard on the radio is clearly different from mine. You say you haven't met him either. So far, I'm not sure why either of our opinions should (or could) be considered more or less valid than the other, except that you seem to think yours is more valid. Unlike you, I'm neither questioning nor criticising your opinion - its yours, you're welcome to it. If I didn't like it (as opposed to merely disagreeing with it, which is pretty irrelevant) I would ignore it. I wonder why you can't do that. I have some ideas as to the reason, but as they are pure speculation so I won't share them.

You do however seem a little bound up in the whole thing, and if your assertion that Matt is not "the be all and end all" to you is accurate (and I can't see why it wouldn't be) that would indicate that your focus here is me. I think you have formed a deep dislike for me.

And?

I don't like sour anything. Sourness is unpleasant to experience.

I agree, I very rarely like anything sour, except for sour cola bottles & cherries, the rest I don't really like.

Boost's are very sweet, but I do prefer them over a Kit Kat. I tried a Lion bar the other day, they're lovely, and in Londis, only 48p.
