It's alright. I didn't particualrly like the hype about it - "OH MY GOD, THIS SONG'S SOOO GREAT" - i like to judge for myself whether or not i like a song, not have everyone else telling me i should like it!

there are bits of it im still not sure about, but its alright. Better than the latest coldpay one, thats for sure - how depressing have they become!?

The words 'Coldplay', 'Radiohead' and 'melody' all in the same phrase??? Surely the word 'melody' was an error, and shoud have read 'whinging drivel'.

As for 'whatever', in comparision to S Club Jnrs, popstars rubbish and those annoying sisters, it a classic breath of fresh air.

i love that song it makes me smile which if you knew me is a great feat. as for coldplay being like radiohead i cant see the connection at all myself. radiohead is just one long drone...... the scientist an god put a smile on my face are genius...

well our common room has 2 wars..the Galaxy 105 WORSHIPPERS who CANT live without this shi* bag of a station and they ALL worship ja fuc*in rule :evil:

Then (when they get the chance) the ARENT SUM 41 GREAT! brigade who put on Nirvanas greatest hits..fu*king phish and they only listen to Sum 41 linkin park, limp wristed and Blink.......awful shocking....

That Whatever record is one of the most embarrasingly awful pieces of shite I have ever heard. I'm still not sure whether to class it as a Christmas novelty record or not.

Do you go to same school as me? Cos that's identical to our common room (except I think we're galaxy 102). There's constantly an arguement about what music to play. Nine times out of ten there'll be one stereo on one side and another on the other side, with the music getting so loud they eventully get confiscated by the head of sixth form. And then we all have to watch Trisha instead. To be honest I can live with either but just not both at the same time.

Oh, and Coldplay are brilliant, The Scientist was one of the best songs this year.

well our stereo is sold old in our common room it can play 7 inch! its chronic,

Sam im In Leeds so its doubtfall! but we only have one shi*ty system that is decrepid and old
