The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

That wasn't nearly half as silly/coincidental as the first song she played out of the handover...

Lyrically, I don't know that a worse song could have been picked given the situation.

It was either a wonderfully awkward coincidence or someone was trying to have a laugh or make a point.

You do realise that the song orders get chosen for the dj's? They don't just rock up with a whole bunch of their favourite cd's and get on with it, they' have it all planned out for them.

You need to stop posting in the double negative. It doesn't not confuse me in the slightest.

Just to unfashionably drag this back to the subject, I'm totally bemused by Chris splitting with Sophie. I always kind of thought that Chris hammed up his disinterest in kids or marriage, I always expected that eventually, he'd end up marrying Sophie. After Dave got married and had Nicole, I thought it inevitable that Chris would see that settling down wasn't that bad, and seeing as all those around him had 'grown up', he'd follow suit... Looks like I was wrong, heh? :-P

Btw, I think the OP is Longman...

Don't think this has been picked up on already, but 'cl1ffer' could quite easily be Kiss and tell agent MAX CLIFFORD.

He's worked with with The People, The Daily Mail and The News of the World to name a few. There's a good chance a friend of Chris and Sophie's wanted to make a few bob or two by selling the story anonymously and used Max as their agent.
He could have posted on here whilst researching to see if the story had any substance...

Awkward!

I think these things are always awkward in any social group in the first weeks/months. Then things settle into their own little pattern and become easier with some extraneous relationships surviving and some dissolving away as they were more a forced by-product of the main relationship. Let's hope it all gets sorted anyway.

On a different (but sort of related) thread, I noticed that after the potential tension of early Monday, the relief was almost palpable for the rest of the past two shows, almost to the point of childish excitement. Was it yesterday/Monday where we had songs about Aled being a bed wetter and Chris changing the lyrics to a song to be "arse face" (not great during school run time :) but i'm not complaining).

Anyone else get on to chris playing "hope it gives you hell" this morning and dedicating it to Piers? Maybe Piers and Sophie been getting it on.

I knew someone would bring this up.

To be fair we could read into any song that is played and say 'oh this is about him and Sophie'.

The Piers comment was because it was the first song, and it was about 7:10am.

Or maybe the hell that most people imagine is where most people would like to see Piers Morgan anyway.

That is probably the worst article I've ever read. Doesn't start with a capital letter, very little content in it.

Well made point there. This thread has more content in it than that article. Dreadful
