Great comedy actor, and judging by Moyles's spoof movie trailers on this series of Quiz Night, I reckon he fancies himself as a bit of a Frank Drebin too.

Yep correct! I'm 17. And my mate hadn't heard of him either and he has seen Top Gun (If that is what he is in?) and nor have my twin sisters who are 23

Ashamedly I haven't seen Airplane at all, I will now purchase this along with the Police Squad series in tribute to this funny man

I just purchased it, along with the three Naked Gun Movies (which I remember fondly as a kid/teenager) and the Police Squad series, which I hear is even better than the Naked Gun Films

Leslie Neilson is possibly (without checking) the only person in this thread that I actually care about. While that makes me sound cold and heartless, it's not meant like that. Most famous folk just don't mean much to me.

As with Mr Jackson, sales of Leslie's films rocketed yesterday..... Good for him, he had some fine work out there. Police Squad, Airplane 1 n 2 and the Naked Gun series are films that everyone should see, at least once.
