I used to listen to Grag James on early breakfast every day on the way to work, but since he moved on and Dev took over I gave up early R1. Dev is unlistenable, in my opinion.

I've actually met Chris n shook his hand. This fact is still causing slight issues in my trouser dept.... :wink:

I don't get Dev. I've never listed to his whole show, since it starts at 4, but I get up at 6, like a lot of people do. His peak must be between 6-6.30 so it would make sense for him to have the best content in that half hour, and yet he plays loads of music and not the kinda music I want to wake up to. The other day he had heavy metal

. The reason I like Chris' first link is that it's really easy to wake up to. Dev is an alright DJ when I've listened to him in other slots, but he should be more appropriate for his time-slot.

I've only ever heard him from 6 - 6.30 and a bit on other shows but based on what I've heard i like him.

I actually quite enjoyed his show from lapland even if it only took half an hour to listen to as he plays so much music.

I only ever hear the last ten minutes of his show anyway, and I do have to admit that he isn't anywhere near as awful as he was when he first started.

I stopped listening to Greg after he moved, I don't really like Playlist music all too much - he was a laugh on earlies though.

I dont mind Dev really...... Wouldn't say he's a good DJ, but still listenable. I'm one of those 6am alarm crew people he talks about....

I am quite enjoying Zane in the morning. Good eccletic mix of music and you can't go wrong with a bit of foo fighters at 7 in the morning

He seemed to play slightly too many foo fighter's songs though but then again there's nothing wrong with that. And you never get Green Day - Welcome to Paradise on the breakfast show normally

Not a huge fan of Zane or Grimmy for that matter.. Understand that Chris needs time off the bloke deserves it, but seriously R1 team? Sarah was ace.. Bring her back!!
