I actually think that this Katie Price fiasco may bring an end to his career or at least he'll have a break and then come back a lot cleaner

I must have missed this, what did he say?

And Dick King-Smith - Oh no! That'll do, Dick.

I watched that this morning and I agree.

George Speaks was a brilliant book.

He said something about her disabled son, Harvey. Not sure exactly what but basically she's taken him to court

My brother said he's heard that he's started telling jokes with N*gg*r & P*k* in them, if that's the case he can sod off, I'm sorry but for a modern comedian there's absolutely no excuse to use those words at all, especially not someone who also jokes about rape, aids, paedophilia & the disabled. I did use to like him but have gone right off him ever since he left Mock The Week.

By the way before anyone says anything, I censored the two words above as I absolutely despise them, horrible nasty words & sadly some of the Youth Of Today (says the 27 year old  ) show their ignorance by saying they're "claiming back the word", morons.

Because I didn't want to discuss the above all in one post.

Oh No, regarding Gerry Rafferty & Dick King-Smith, Baker Street and Stuck In The Middle With You were top songs & I remember the Queen's Nose very well on CBBC when it first aired. :(

C**t is far less offensive as far as I'm concerned compated to N*gg*r & P*k*, the former is a crude term for female genitals, the other two are derogatory terms to belittle people of different races.

a c**t is actually a knot in a tree. Lumber Jacks use to call them a c**t as they where hard to cut through.....but then it turned into slang for womens genitalia

Do you not think the lumberjacks might have called them * because * was a word that indicated something deeply annoying, in which case the colloquial use (female genitalia to derogatory term for someone or something you don't like) still might have come first? Or is the true origin of the word really a wood-chopping one?!

I'm pretty sure I've heard '*' on TV before.

And I agree with Johnny 1989, those racist words have no place in society. '*', on the other hand, has quite a ring to it I think........

.............oh no, that's the other side.

Oh agreed, C*** is one of those words, like F***, that is truly versatile and can be used in a great variety of contexts.... Plus as we all know, lots of F's and C's makes you seem more educated when you speak...

And ditto the racist terms. Its, like, 2011 now people, isn't racism a little outdated, and to be frank, boring?!

Either way, it's likely to involve wood of some kind.
