Am I the only one who thought that Mike today was on a wind up and deliberately wanted to ruin the competition? The guy just didn't sound right from the very start, swore blatantly, didn't even bother to think who the artist was, said he "didn't know" then the very second he was told that his guess was wrong, blurted out the correct answer.

I have just listened back to it again, and it just seems like he wasn't a genuine contestant.

Think he was just thick. I have known every song so far since the competition started last year. And you would have thought that if you wanted to go to an event like the BRIT awards you would have a substantial knowledge of music. And the songs are not too trivial. They are all big stars that Radio 1 have played and they have all won a BRIT

It wasnt only the fact he didnt get it right, it was just his whole behaviour that streemed strange to me. And he actually did know the answer even though he said he didnt.

I didn't notice it. But then i was at work & the radio reception there is a bit patchy at the best of times. And also i usually don't pay much attention to competitions because of screechy excitable women & questions about music that i hate anyway. So i'm a bit pissed off i actually missed this for a change. What word did he say, sh*t , fu*k or Piers Morgan?

I thought he swore, but non of the team picked up on it or even made any sort of reaction so I thought I'd mis heard it.

Then again, I was bit shocked I was able to identify both "Dizzy Rascal" and "Adele" as quickly as I had (both within a split-nanosecond of the clip playing).
