Ha, I didnt listeen to that interview, and I kind of zone out when they talk about Comic Relief, so you could be right.

But wouldnt Aled have said that it was CR related? It clearly is something that is optional though "find out how you can get more" implies that you have to do something to get it rather than just listen. That makes me think Red Button or podcast.

Well david walliams and some others are doing a 24 hour long panel show, so maybe this is the same idea? Not attempting to break the record, just a 24 hour long show? Cause earlier in the week he said 'we'll be doing a push next week too, but more about that then.'

It won't be 126 hours of radio. It will be something to do with comic relief. They mentioned a week ago or two that they were doing something for it after Mills had done his stuff!

And you know both of those things 100% do you?

It would be cool if it was something like a marathon show or whatnot but I sincerely doubt it but who knows? More Chris is fine by me.

I just don't think Chris would do a marathon show, I'm also pretty sure it won't be extending the show length again so I have no idea...

Its not. Its definitely comic relief cause Edith mentioned it earlier while talking about comic relief and stated that they have a special comic relief announcement at 8 on Monday

I thought the Comic relief thing would involve following people on Twitter. Aled has said a few times he's not following any more people until Comic relief.

And Sunday morning. Why should he have a day off !

Ridiculous Speculation Attempt #1321:

Maybe a conveyor belt of pies and cakes for Chris to keep him behind the microphone, and so we shall be directed to the website for more fun and frivolities. Obviously Chris is commited to his fitness regime so this really is a ridiculous speculation attempt, the idea of him stuffing his face whilst running on treadmill and entertaining at same time is very silly.

So I shall go with others and suggest a typical 'feat of endurance' charity type thingy that doesn't involve deserts, camels and Craaaiiiiig David. Perhaps like with the world cup commentary, they shall be commentating on daytime telly, bit of Jeremy Kyle, Loose Wummin'. It's the picture I have of them just sat there after that what they did during the footy - would be funny for 'onliiiine'. I feel this ties in with the comical nature of this charity event.

Despite all this, I've no clue really, be hard to entertain when you're always telling people to donate, pay per listen/view would have to be incorporated. But, they've proved themselves to be great pioneers in their time this CMS Team, it's what they're good at - leading the way.

If there was any time to beat the 126 hour broadcast record (by, say... one hour) it'd surely be around now?

Although we'd probably need to physically jam him in place before he even considers it.

Well I was involed at URN (University Radio Nottingham), when Steve there beat Simon Mayo at the time. I remember it all them years ago!

Go on Chris :) Nice one!

Great stuff but it's going to be interesting if they get through it. Will have plenty to listen to during my work shift if we can download the shows.
