Yeah well it always used to start converting but now it is just taking a lot longer to do it. And eventually yesterday I managed to download Dermot O' Leary and Jo Whiley but it took me almost the whole duration of the Rugby match to do it, which isn't great as I don't really want to keep leaving my PC on for ages just to download Moyles

It's not complete for some reason

Ah yes I forgot to point out that those shows I sent you (I think) are a bunch where I only recorded the first half of the show, well I was a student at college & blank tapes were quite dear, even in 2001

I noticed it's started "converting" of recent although it does seem to be downloading at the same speed as normal, however I do have quite a few subscribed (Chris, Mark & Maconie, The Boy Lard, Coxy, Vernon t'Kay, Geoff Lloyd Podcast & Ian Wright Podcast (last two are Absolute Radio)

Yeah I've been moaning on here loads about this the past few days. Its started taking about an hour just to download one show for me which is too long and it seems to have stopped auto downloading my subscriptions as well

There is a bug-requesting option on the website, but you have to register with another website to do it, and I haven't been bothered enough to do it. And it might not be a bug anyway. It does take a while to download and convert, but I don't mind waiting too much.

37 (or 40?) hour show tomorrow! Can't wait to edit that! :D

Possibly 50+ if they go all the day. I suppose the one consolation is that the music quota on the non-Moyles shows will be higher than normal.

Now see I haven't had that, they all still download as subscribed, the only show it doesn't like is yesterday's Mark & The Boy Marconie show, although it will download today's, I imagine in this case it's a BBC Fault

I wondered if it might be the BBC trying to stop these programs from working again. But hopefully not.

Did they ever decide how many hours they are going to do? They talked about 37/40/50. Or are they going to just see how it goes after 37? I'd like to see some of it, I'm thinking about recording 9pm-10pm tonight, and the last hour (whenever that may be). I almost wish I had decided to record the whole show from the Freeview. But then switching between edited audio and unedited video would have been realllly tricky!

I'm sure Aled mentioned that they are on holiday for two weeks from next week. Is this definite?

MistaJam is listed as "not available" on the iplayer. Does this mean that the Moyles MistaJam show won't be available?

It seems that the Moyles donating text number is a £1 text number. I think they should have done a £5 one. Looks like I'll be texting 5 times.

I'm going to start uploading Mon and Tue now, and I'll start editing and uploading the marathon show this afternoon. If anyone wants to donate £1 or something once I've uploaded the edited shows (kind of an unofficial sponsorship?) then feel free :D

20110316 Part 3 - Moyles R1 Longest Show Ever - James

I'll be uploading the edited Scott Mills show in a few minutes (there were two on the iPlayer for some reason). But something went wrong either with the iplayer or Radio Downloader, because the whole thing jumped back a couple of times, by about a minute each time (once during the Paul O'Grady interview, and once somewhere else). I managed to cut out the repeated bits, but for all I know there may be other bits where it repeats itself. If there are then let me know where and I'll edit them out and upload them again.

20110316 Part 5 - Moyles R1 Longest Show Ever - Mista Jam

The iplayer (or Radio Downloader) jumped again in this one, but I cut the repeated bit out.

Anyone know if it is the iplayer at fault? Or Radio Downloader? I could download the show again if it happens again, if it's Radio Downloader.
